Data doesn’t lie — especially when it’s live. Using real-time labor market data streamed through Snowflake, this project uncovered Arizona’s hiring hotspots, seasonal patterns, and job opportunities that don’t require years of experience. Sigma made it incredibly easy to build interactive dashboards, explore trends, and turn complex data into clear insights for job seekers and recruiters alike.

Data doesn’t lie — especially when it’s live. Using real-time labor market data streamed through Snowflake, this project uncovered Arizona’s hiring hotspots, seasonal patterns, and job opportunities that don’t require years of experience. Sigma made it incredibly easy to build interactive dashboards, explore trends, and turn complex data into clear insights for job seekers and recruiters alike.
Minimum Years of Experience Required
This chart breaks down the experience requirements listed across 12,000+ job postings in Arizona during 2024–2025.
I used Sigma’s grouping and aggregation tools to count and categorize job postings by experience levels, making it easy to interpret and act on.
1 year of experience was the most common requirement — showing up in over 6,000 postings.
Surprisingly, nearly 800 jobs required no experience at all, making them great entry points for new grads or career switchers.
Roles requiring 3 or 5 years of experience also appeared frequently, suggesting mid-level positions are still in demand.
